Awards Third Path of the Maritato

With the organization of the Office of the 1810-1812 bicentennial of the Provincial de Cádiz, have missed the awards of the Third Edition of the "Path of Maritato." A jury chaired by Manuel J. Ruiz Torres and trained by Mercedes Perez Lopez, Carlos Goicoechea Sancho, Pilar Acuaviva Alegre, Juan Antonio Mena Laird and Guillermo Ruiz Domínguez, has awarded the following prizes:


FIRST PRIZE ESTABLISHMENT: THE BURNER OF GUANCHE (Puerto Real)


ESTABLISHMENT SECOND PRIZE: STILL LIFE OF MIGUEL (San Fernando)


THIRD PRIZE ESTABLISHMENT: RAYUELA (Cádiz)


Maritato TASTE AWARD OF TWELVE: Meat fly with rice and pumpkin payoyo (The Stove of the Guanche)


Maritato AWARD FOR BEST COLD : thistles seasoned with fresh chives (Sopranis)


Maritato AWARD FOR BEST HOT serranillos Noodles (Still Life of Miguel)


AWARD THE MORE Maritato GADITANA: Potato salad dressings (Restaurante Casa La Titi)


Maritato AWARD FOR BEST CREOLE: Tiradito tuna (Restaurant Rayuela)


Maritato INNOVATION AWARD: Bread Soup (Arsenio Manila )


AWARD FOR RECOVERY OF INGREDIENTS Maritato TWELVE: sirloin garnished with pickled buckwheat (Lumen Restaurant).



Once counted, the Office of the Bicentennial 1810-1812, the votes cast by customers of the various participating establishments agreed to award the following prizes popular:


Maritato FIRST PRIZE FOR MOST POPULAR: Nets, strawberry sauce piconera of Andalusia Still Life (San Fernando)


SECOND AWARD FOR MOST POPULAR Maritato: Rabbit chocolate field, Sloop Restaurant (Cádiz)


Maritato THIRD PRIZE FOR MOST POPULAR: Iberoamerican stewed chicken, the restaurant El Beato (Cádiz)


Moreover, the jury decides, given the high level of participants, distinguished with a special mention for its Quality Twelve Maritato to the following establishments, whose dishes are presented obtained a mean score of notable, in alphabetical order:
